Mauricio Umansky is sparking dating rumors of his own after he was caught holding hands with Emma Slater following a dinner date, in which they allegedly shared a kiss, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
The real estate mogul, 53, was spotted getting a bit too close for comfort off the dance floor with his Dancing with the Stars partner over the weekend amid his separation from his wife of 27 years, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards.
Mauricio and Emma were allegedly spotted "kissing" inside the restaurant too.
Umansky and Slater, 34, were seen enjoying a dinner for two at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills, CA, on Sunday. They weren't shy about packing on the PDA either.
Sources inside the restaurant told Page Six that the competitive dancing partners even exchanged kisses at the bar.
The 'DWTS' pair were photographed holding hands in the parking lot.
Umansky's date with Slater lasted a whopping three hours, and their night didn't end there. After exiting the eatery, The Agency owner and the dancer were photographed holding hands in the parking lot.
Slater was also spotted with her arm around the waist of Richards' estranged husband.
While the photos are shocking, some insiders claim their intimate night out isn't what it looked like.
Sources told TMZ that Umansky and Slater got caught up in a meaningful conversation at dinner, spurred on by the pair's upcoming dance this week. After spilling about his marriage to Richards, they were allegedly left feeling more connected than ever — which, somehow, led them to be affectionate before and after dinner. Yeah, we don't get them either.

Many believed he was hooking up with his co-worker Leslie Bega, but the brunette bombshell is actually dating his father, Eduardo Umansky.
Kyle and Mauricio have been married for 27 years.
The RHOBH star has also been accused of playing for the other team, with many alleging she's dating country singer Morgan Wade. While they've coyly denied the accusations, Richards and Wade continue to add fuel to the fire. The singer even included Richards as her love interest in her music video, Fall in Love With Me.
