Mary Jo Buttafuoco, who was shot in the face by teen temptress Amy Fisher in 1992, says the Long Island Lolita's son "never had a chance" after being raised by his ex-con mother, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
Fisher's troubled son, Brett Bellera, 25, and his girlfriend, Jennifer Armenti, 36, were arrested for allegedly microwaving their cat Reaper, who was found dead on the patio of their Fort Lauderdale, Fla., apartment in December 2024.
Buttafuoco Blasts Accused Cat Killer

Mary Jo Buttafuoco said Amy Fisher's son Brett Bellera 'never had a chance' after being raised by his mother.
The feline died from "involuntary heat exposure," either from microwave radiation, submersion in hot water or exposure to hot water vapor, according to a forensic necropsy performed by the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
"I have known about this kid [Bellera] and his issues for years now," said Buttafuoco, 71, who now goes by her maiden name Connery. "It's about time someone has put it out there.
"I suggest you reach out to his mother at Streamate," an adult webcam site, she told a Florida reporter. "Are we surprised?"
The accused cat killer is the eldest child of Fisher and her ex-husband, retired NYPD officer Louis Bellera, who married in 2003 before splitting in 2015. The two share two other children.
Fisher’s Son Has Troubled Past

Brett is the eldest child of Fisher and her ex-husband, retired NYPD officer Louis Bellera.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Fisher, then 17, who was having an affair with Mary Jo's husband, 36-year-old auto body mechanic Joey Buttafuoco, served seven years for assault after she shot Mary Jo.
After her release, Fisher pursued a career as a p--- star and in 2017, she launched an X-rated webcam business from the Long Island home she shared with her kids. She pleasured herself with s-- toys while soliciting $10-a-minute "private chats."
Not surprisingly, Brett has a long record of drug, robbery and domestic violence arrests dating back to when he was 18.
Friend Raised Alarm Over Reaper

Fisher launched an adult webcam business from her Long Island home in 2017, offering $10-a-minute 'private chats.'
The authorities began investigating the cat's death after a friend of Bellera and Armenti alerted them of Reaper's suspicious death in December 2024, according to their arrest affidavits.
Armenti told investigators that she'd found the cat's body on the bathroom floor and claimed she thought he'd ingested cleaning products. But animal control officials reported finding the dead feline on the couple's patio, stuffed in a plastic laundry basket in a "stiff, unnatural position."
