Barbie beauty Margot Robbie is sporting a freaky new face – and the sleeker and chicer look is igniting whispers the 35-year-old may finally have gotten a Tinseltown tune-up.
RadarOnline.com can reveal that the sunny blonde – who's actually a brunette – went red carpet-official with the radically altered style at the Chanel fall/winter fashion show in Paris in March, and the reaction from the troll-dom was swift and furious.
Margot Robbie’s Gaunt Look Sparks Concern

Megyn Kelly called Margot Robbie 'absolutely skeletal' while speculating about possible buccal fat removal.
Conservative loudmouth Megyn Kelly called her "absolutely skeletal" and "sad" while speculating her "sunken-sunken cheeks" were the result of either surgical buccal fat removal or, possibly, the use of an appetite-suppressing diet drug. Another critic also barked about buccal fat removal, while a third accused her of having "Ozempic face."
As these remarkable photos reveal, Robbie accentuated her ultra-chic new look with a short, tousled bob hairstyle, a sheer blouse draped over a beige bralette, silk pants and a Chanel bag. As one insider says, the cumulative effect was "striking to say the least."
Margot Robbie Leaves Barbie Behind

A source said Robbie is signaling her 'Barbie' era is over following her Paris fashion show appearance.
"I think she's very clearly telling the public that her Barbie era is over – and fans shouldn't confuse that character with who she really is," said a source. "Not for nothing, but she's been very firm there will be no sequel to the blockbuster despite all the truckloads of money it made."
Plastic surgeons are split on whether the rumors Robbie had work done are legit. Beverly Hills surgeon Dr. Robert Setari, who has not treated the star, compared images of the I, Tonya actress as a fresh-faced Aussie teen soap star to her current "French girl" look before opining that she may have had buccal fat removal, a nose job, either a brow lift or eyelid work, as well as Botox injections.
"Ultimately, Margot's look represents the pinnacle of 'stealth' plastic surgery," explained Setari. "It is a blueprint for the modern aesthetic ideal."
Doctor Dismisses Margot Surgery Speculation

Dr. Robert Setari suggested Robbie's look reflects 'stealth' plastic surgery based on recent comparisons.
However, a second surgeon, Dr. Charles Runels, the CEO of VampireFaceLift.com, who also doesn't treat Robbie, said the actress more likely has simply shed some weight.
"If she had any help from fillers, it would likely be subtle," he explained. "Sometimes the secret to a movie star face isn't adding anything at all – it's revealing the structure that was there all along."
