Barbie beauty Margot Robbie is sporting a freaky new face – and the sleeker and chicer look is igniting whispers the 35-year-old may finally have gotten a Tinseltown tune-up.

RadarOnline.com can reveal that the sunny blonde – who's actually a brunette – went red carpet-official with the radically altered style at the Chanel fall/winter fashion show in Paris in March, and the reaction from the troll-dom was swift and furious.

Conservative loudmouth Megyn Kelly called her "absolutely skeletal" and "sad" while speculating her "sunken-sunken cheeks" were the result of either surgical buccal fat removal or, possibly, the use of an appetite-suppressing diet drug. Another critic also barked about buccal fat removal, while a third accused her of having "Ozempic face."

As these remarkable photos reveal, Robbie accentuated her ultra-chic new look with a short, tousled bob hairstyle, a sheer blouse draped over a beige bralette, silk pants and a Chanel bag. As one insider says, the cumulative effect was "striking to say the least."
