Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills former cast member Lisa Vanderpump has been hospitalized after getting herself injured from a horse riding session at The Paddock in Los Feliz on Sunday.

The reality star reportedly suffered from broken bones and is in a lot of pain stemming from the accident.

According to reports, the British TV personality enjoyed her weekend activity, riding her horse she has known for six years at an equestrian facility in east Los Angeles.

Things took a wrong turn when the bronco she rode suddenly got frightened, reared up, and bucked her off. An onlooker claimed she was thrown over the horse's head and landed directly on her back.

Vamperpump was rushed to the hospital via an ambulance following the incident while her husband Ken Todd escorted the vehicle from behind.

As a result, the restaurant entrepreneur broke her leg in two places, just above the ankle area. The circumstance also left her with bruises on her back.

Todd is accompanying her while she's getting treated for the injuries.

An insider shared that the British socialite will have to go through surgery, but "she will be fine" once she has gone through the procedure and healed up.
