It's back to business for Mariska Hargitay!
The 57-year-old Law & Order: Special Victims Unit actress was spotted arriving back on set in crutches, just one month after landing in the hospital for a gnarly ankle break.
Hargitay was photographed hobbling around the set of the crime drama in New York on Thursday.
Mariska -- aka Detective Olivia Benson -- appeared in great spirits, smiling at photographers ahead of her first scene back at work.
Appearing in a floral dress to make it easy for her foot that is still in a boot, Hargitay mingled with the crew while wearing her mask in between takes.
Her on-again co-star Christopher Meloni was also photographed on the set, but he was in his uniform.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Mariska was hospitalized following a nasty fall over July 4th weekend.
Turns out, the actress suffered an ankle break because of the spill.
According to Page Six, Hargitay's injury was due to pure clumsiness.
The SUV actress attended a Black Widow screening in The Hamptons when she reportedly slipped and fell on wet pavement.
An ambulance was called and A-listers like Brooke Shields allegedly rushed outside to help the injured star.
Mariska later posted her injury on social media and poked fun at herself.
"My summer look," she wrote days later, adding several hashtags including, "#specialankleunit," "#crackingthecase," "#theselittlepiggieswenttotheER," and "#agonyofdefeet."
Mariska's broken ankle isn't her hospitalization this year.
Her latest accident came less than two months after she broke her knee.
That wasn't her only injury though.
Hargitay gave her followers a first look at the aftermath.
The SVU actress revealed not only did she have a broken knee, but she also suffered a hairline fracture in her ankle.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the NBC show was not affected by the HBIC's injury.
Sources told us all of the episodes for Season 22 of SVU had already been filmed, with production wrapping just one month before her May injuries.
Mariska proved she's ready to take on the bad guys -- injured or not.
The star posted a photo showing herself back on set yesterday and wrote, "#SVU23."
