The 57-year-old Law & Order: Special Victims Unit actress spent July 4th weekend in the hospital after breaking her ankle.
Hargitay posted a photo of the aftermath following the unexpected injury on Friday.
This is the second time the crime TV star -- known for playing Detective Olivia Benson on SVU -- has been hospitalized this year.
Her latest accident comes less than two months after she broke her knee and suffered a hairline fracture in her ankle.
Giving her 2.2 million Instagram followers the first look of her injury, Mariska posted a close-up showing her right foot and ankle in a cast.
Lucky for her, it was just one break.
Her other foot was comfortably resting in a sandal.
"My summer look," Hargitay joked on Monday, adding several hashtags including, "#specialankleunit," "#crackingthecase," "#theselittlepiggieswenttotheER," and "#agonyofdefeet."
The outlet reports, the SUV actress was attending a Black Widow screening at the Cinema Society in the Hamptons when she slipped and fell on wet pavement.
An ambulance was called for Mariska as Brooke Shields allegedly rushed outside to help.
Ironically, the 56-year-old actress is currently injured too and recovering from a broken femur.
"Mariska was rushing to leave the screening to welcome guests to her home, and took a tumble on the slick rainy street outside the movie theater," an insider reveals.
"She was taken to Southampton Hospital by ambulance with her husband Peter Hermann. She stayed there for several hours and ended up with a bandaged leg."
That didn't stop anyone from going to Hargitay's home for the after-party. Sadly, she didn't make it.
"She didn’t make it back to her house until after midnight when the party had mostly wound down," the source continued. “Mariska was amazing. Rather than worrying about herself, she was more concerned that everything had gone well and that everyone had a good time at the party.”
The Emmy-winning actress is on a roll.
In May, Hargitay revealed she had a broken knee and a hairline fracture in her ankle by posting a photo outside the Hospital For Special Surgery in New York City.
