Kourtney Kardashian Scoops Up $12 Million On Sprawling Palm Springs Mansion Just Seconds Away From Her Mother Kris Jenner's Fortress

The 42-year-old has plunked down a whopping $12 million home in La Quinta, California, near Palm Springs.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star will be sitting pretty in a six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom, 9,335-square-foot house.

Not only does it come with a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, butler's pantry, floor to ceiling doors, and an infinity pool, Kourtney's new purchase also comes with a guest house in the back -- it's not like her family needs it though.

The Poosh founder is the fourth member of the famous TV family to plunk down on a pad in La Quinta.

Momager Kris Jenner was the first to fork over some serious cash in the ritzy gated community.

Kourtney's sisters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner quickly followed suit.

And don't get us started on Kourtney's views.

Not only does the KUWTK star have sprawling mansion and stunning backyard, but she also has breathtaking panoramic views of the e Santa Rosa Mountains.

The area is so inclusive that Kourtney could skip to her mom or sisters' houses with even getting winded.

A person was pulled out of the water by employees of the Madison Club and rushed to the hospital.

It is unclear if Kris or any of the Kardashians were in La Quinta at the time.

As for Kourtney, she won't be the only one enjoying her brand-new pad.

She's been spending all of her time with boyfriend Travis Barker, and the two have been busy blending their families.

Kourtney has three kids -- Mason, 11, Penelope, 8, and Reign, 6 -- with her ex Scott Disick.

Travis' children are all grown up. He shares 17-year-old son Landon and 15-year-old daughter Alabama with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

Kourtney's new home is the perfect size for the couple's five children.

And if they want a romantic getaway, Kourt and Travis can have it all to themselves.
