She's Kim Kardashian West no more! The 41-year-old former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's request to terminate her marital status to Kanye West has been approved by the judge.

According to reports, Kim was present for the virtual court hearing on Wednesday; however, Kanye was not. Hours before the hearing, the rapper was spotted having dinner with a bunch of Kardashian rejects — including cheating Tristan Thompson — in Miami.

The Jesus Is King rapper's lawyer did not reject Kim's divorce request. Of course, he did have a few stipulations. The judge granted one out of three of Kanye's conditions — any reimbursement that's meant to be divided between them must be preserved in the event of death. As RadarOnline.com reported, Kim and Kanye signed an iron-clad prenup when they married in 2014 so their property is completely separate.

On Tuesday, Ye released a statement announcing he was waving the white flag and no longer fighting to restore his family. "I’ve asked my team to expedite the dissolution of my marriage to Kim so I can put my entire attention into our beautiful children," he told Hollywood Unlocked.

Kim is dropping her married name and will go by only Kardashian unless she walks down the aisle again. The Hulu star's single status isn't the only one worth mentioning.

The judge's decision means Kanye is legally single, too, and he can get hitched to whoever he likes. The Grammy winner has been dating Kim look-alike Chaney Jones for weeks after ending his short-lived romance with Julia Fox. Things are heating up quickly — they've already gone Instagram official.

Their divorce has been a long time coming for Kim, but it's not completely over. The legal exes still have a few things — i.e. custody of their four kids — to work out. Kim recently rushed to court and filed documents claiming Ye's social media outbursts against her and her boyfriend, Pete Davidson, were causing her "emotional distress."

Kim filed for divorce in February 2021 after 6 years of marriage. Fans watched as their relationship crumbled towards the end of KUWTK. Kim and Kanye share four children — daughters North, 8, and Chicago, 4, and sons Saint, 6, and Psalm, 2.

RadarOnline.com is told Kim's priority is attempting to successfully co-parent with Kanye.
