Kim Kardashian's longtime friend Joe Francis wasn't living the lavish life behind bars.
The Girls Gone Wild founder looked like he's seen better days, appearing disheveled and agitated in his jail cell.
In the very first photos showing Francis behind bars, the Kardashian's beloved friend is seen hanging his head low while making what appears to be his first phone call after his August 2020 arrest in Mexico.
The Sun obtained the shots, and to say the ex-mogul looks a mess is an understatement.
Francis was seen handcuffed while riding on the back of a police truck.
The self-proclaimed party boy was photographed wearing a mask for protection, but it couldn't hide his clearly concerned state of mind.
Wearing shorts, a plain t-shirt, and flip-flops, Francis was also caught in a tense conversation behind bars.
Once in his cell, the Girls Gone Wild creator was released from his handcuffs and given a cellphone.
Francis can be seen on the phone, appearing to have a heated argument with whoever was on the other end.
Despite being arrested for domestic violence last year, it wasn't reported until June of this year.
According to court documents, Francis was taken into custody after being accused of grabbing his baby mama Abbey Wilson by the neck and spitting in her face in an attempt to give her Covid.
The alleged scary encounter happened inside his famous Punta Mita home, known for hosting wild parties for the Keeping Up With The Kardashians stars over the years.
The Sun reported that Francis tested positive for Covid just one day before the reported altercation went down.
"He grabbed her right arm, turned her toward him, grabbed her by the neck, and then spit in her face," the report stated. "He said she doesn’t care about him, and now she’ll care because she’s infected [with Covid] as well."
Francis allegedly grabbed Abbey by the hair and pushed her to the floor, before reportedly dragging her throughout the house.
His charges were eventually dropped but their battle isn't over.
Following their alleged altercation, Abbey rushed to court and filed for full custody of their 6-year-old twin daughters.
