Khloé Kardashian was spotted leaving a beauty clinic, taking a relaxing day for herself amid the current drama regarding her baby daddy Tristan Thompson and a recent paternity test revealing that he fathered Maralee Nichols’ newborn son.
In photos obtained by Daily Mail, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and Good American founder was seemingly trying to keep a low profile when she was spotted in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, January 19.
The 37-year-old reality TV star was seen exiting the Epione skincare clinic in a black semi-revealing top along with matching black leggings. The blonde beauty had her hair tied up in a bun as she walked with a bodyguard from the facility to a car waiting nearby.
She kept her head down and failed to crack a smile as the paparazzi snapped away.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the latest spotting of Khloé comes amid concerns she's dropping too much weight after learning the father of her 3-year-old daughter, True Thompson, cheated on her, resulting in Maralee's pregnancy.
After the test results came in confirming that Tristan is the father, Khloé leaned on her mother, Kris Jenner, for support.

“She's leaning heavily on Kris all of the time,” a source familiar with Khloé’s situation recently spilled. “But Kris wants Khloé and Tristan to be in a good place so she's encouraging Khloé to keep the lines of communication open.”
“Khloé is really struggling with what's happening with Tristan. This time that he was unfaithful has been much harder than the previous times,” the insider continued. “She really wants the relationship to work and she has been devastated.”
“She wanted the fairytale life with him and she's so upset,” the source emphasized, revealing how hurt Khloé has been over Tristan’s infidelity. “People around her have never seen her so down and are so thankful she has her mother there who has barely left her side.”
Following the positive paternity test, the 30-year-old Sacramento Kings star took to social media to apologize directly to Khloé for all he has put her through.
"Khloé, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don't deserve the way I treated you over the years," he wrote. "My actions have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry."
