Read The Signed Docs! Kanye West Has Seen Divorce Papers Despite Claim Of Ignorance
Rapper Kanye West wasn’t telling the truth when he claimed to have never seen the paperwork for his divorce from Kim Kardashian.
Last week, the 44-year-old Donda musician appeared on Revolt TV’s Drink Champs podcast. During the sit-down, Yeezy trashed his former artist Big Sean, described the #MeToo movement as a “mob mentality,” and trashed SNL writers after Kim’s appearance.
Yeezy took issue with Kim saying she “divorced him” on SNL. He accused the writers of forcing her to say it “because they just wanted to get that bar off, and I ain’t never even seen the papers. We’re not even divorced.”
“That ain’t no joke to me. My kids want their parents to stay together. I want us to be together,” he added.
The problem with Kanye’s claim is that he has indeed seen the divorce papers. RadarOnline.com has obtained the response Kanye filed to Kim’s petition.
His paperwork, which was filed on April 9, even has his signature on the bottom. In the docs, Yeezy admitted the relationship was over, due to “irreconcilable differences.” He even asked for joint physical and legal custody of the 4 kids he shares with his ex.
Kanye also requested for neither party to be awarded spousal support. His response came months after Kim filed in February after 7 years of marriage.

The mogul’s claim of ignorance is also implausible given he’s in the middle of settlement negotiations. Last month, the two hashed out a portion of their real estate deal. Kim will walk away with the $60 million Hidden Hills mansion they lived in during their marriage.
The home took several years to build with Kanye hiring famed architects to work on the project. Per their agreement, Kim will pay Kanye a small payment to her soon-to-be ex-husband in exchange for the property.
Kanye was telling the truth when he said he is still legally married. The divorce is still pending in Los Angeles Superior Court and has yet to be completely finalized.
The podcast interview came days before Kim was spotted running on multiple dates with comedian Pete Davidson.
