Josh Duggar Accused Of Possessing 65 Images Of Child Porn, Included Children As Young As 5 Years Old
Josh Duggar has been accused of possessing 65 images and one video of child pornography, with some reportedly including children as young as 5 years old.
The 33-year-old former 19 And Counting star appeared via zoom from Washington County Jail in Arkansas on Wednesday and was in good spirits despite the serious charges against him.
The Sun reports Special Agent Gerald Faulkner from Homeland Security revealed what authorities found on Duggar's electronics.
“In May of 2019, [an Arkansas police officer] identified a computer participating in the known sharing of photos and videos of child pornography," he said on the stand.
Faulkner allegedly described the two-minute video which included two underage females and a male performing sexual acts on children. The TLC star also had 65 images "consistent with child pornography.”
The agent called the file found on his computer "the top five worst I have ever had to examine."
While Duggar reportedly admitted he had a TOR browser on his computer, which gives access to the dark web anonymously, Faulkner said there was "no evidence" the 19 And Counting star was the one that downloaded the TOR.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Duggar begged a judge to grant him bail prior to Wednesday's hearing, pointing out he needs to take care of his pregnant wife, Anna Duggar.
In legal documents filed this week, the dad of six argued he's not a flight risk because everyone knows his famous face.
Duggar argued he "has no criminal convictions, and has known about this federal criminal investigation since November 2019 when Homeland Security Investigations executed a search of Duggar’s prior workplace."
He also stated he cooperated with the U.S. Attorney's Office and kept in open contact with them regarding the probe.
But Duggar's best excuse was that he's too famous to fly under the RadarOnline.com undetected.
In the documents, Duggar said he's not a flight risk because he "has a widely-recognizable face and has spent the majority of his life in the public spotlight — making any concern that he is a risk of flight all the more unwarranted."
Duggar was arrested last week on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography.
If found guilty, he could face up to 20 years in prison.
