Kris Jenner Extends Olive Branch To Jordyn Woods Two Years After Tristan Thompson Cheating Scandal
Has Kris Jenner forgiven Jordyn Woods? Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans lost it when Kylie Jenner's ex-best friend flashed a gift from the family's patriarch over the weekend.
Jordyn Woods famously fell out with the Kar-Jenners after it was revealed she kissed Khloé Kardashian's baby daddy Tristan Thompson while the duo was trying to work on their relationship. This was the NBA star's second public cheating scandal but it hit the family especially hard due to their close friendship with Jordyn.
It's been two years since their blow-out and it appears that Kris Jenner has put all the drama behind her because the 23-year-old model proudly showed off a box full of goods from the momager on Saturday.
Taking to her social media, Jordyn unboxed her gift of Safely cleaning products which is Kris' newest venture with Sports Illustrated model Chrissy Teigen. The present also included a handwritten note and a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers.
Kris's generosity comes just two years after the explosive Jordyn/Tristan cheating scandal which blew up the model's relationship with her bestie and the KUWTK family.
Jordyn and Tristan made headlines in February 2019 and fans watched the scandal erupt on the E! show. The news was revealed just months before Khloé and Thompson's daughter True turned one.
The Good Americans founder was reportedly “devastated" by the betrayal, as was her little sister Kylie. “This is out of character for Jordyn and no one expected this to happen,” a source told Us Weekly at the time.
KUWTK fans quickly turned on Jordyn, leaving the model to fall into a "very dark place" amid the backlash. She later opened up about her struggle to cope during the drama.
“You know, I had my family to talk to, I had you to talk to but I felt like I had no one,” she said during an episode of Now With Natalie in September.
Saying she's put the past behind her. Jordyn Woods continued, “It’s easy to beat yourself up over things you could’ve done differently, but you can’t hold on to what you could’ve or should’ve done. You just have to accept what actually happened and then you can let it go."
“I think that letting go of shame is learning how to accept what’s happened," she added.
Khloé and Tristan eventually found their way back to each other and just rang in their daughter's third birthday. As for Jordyn, she's happily dating NBA player Karl-Anthony Towns.
