The 51-year-old stepped out in Miami and was caught catching up with her ex-husband Marc Anthony on Thursday.
Their midday date came just days after Affleck hopped on a plane back to Los Angeles following his weekend rendevous with J Lo.
Sporting lilac purple workout gear, the Hustlers actress turned up the heat wearing just her sports bra and tight spandex pants.
Flaunting every inch of her killer hourglass frame, J Lo showed her ex what he's missing over lunch.
Sporting her hair sleek back in a ponytail and wearing her signature oversized hooped earrings, the Love Don't Cost a Thing singer looked relax while enjoying her former husband's company.
Marc Anthony -- who remarried in 2014 -- kept it casual in sweats, a white tee, an orange baseball hat, and an unbuttoned plaid shirt.
The former couple wed in June 2004 and announced their split in 2011 after 7 years of marriage.
J Lo's divorce from Marc Anthony was finalized in 2014, but they are still connected because of their two minor children.

The exes share a 13-year-old son, Max, and his twin sister, Emme.
A source told PEOPLE, their lunch went off without a hitch.
"A lot of hotel guests recognized her and she was super nice and upbeat with anyone who approached," the inside said, adding the duo only ordered coffee.
Meanwhile, J Lo's man is more than 2,000 miles away.
Affleck is back on daddy duty after touching down in L.A. following his Miami reunion with the star.
