Jennifer Lopez's ex Alex Rodriguez isn't the only one stress-eating! Ben Affleck's former wife Jen Garner was caught inhaling a tasty treat with her kids as engagement rumors continue to circulate about her ex and J Lo.
The 49-year-old actress was photographed outside Sweet Rose Creamery in Brentwood, CA on Wednesday with a chocolate-covered stick in hand.
Keeping it casual in a pair of jeans, a black shirt, and sneakers — unlike her bridal attire the day prior — Garner appeared in great spirits just days after Affleck was seen shopping for engagement rings.
Taking a big bite from her nut-covered dessert, the 13 Going on 30 actress wore a big smile on her face and laughed off the paparazzi's presence.
Garner wasn't eating alone. She was spotted with two of the three kids she shares with Affleck. Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9, accompanied their mom on the afternoon outing, while their oldest child, Violet, 15, was nowhere to be found.
Garner may have been stuffing her face over the thought of J Lo becoming her children's permanent stepmom or the fact she's happy in love again after rekindling her romance with John Miller.
Showing her ex-husband that he's not the only one who can recycle, Garner looked like she was on cloud nine after being spotted with her on-again boyfriend in New York.

The two were seen trotting around the Big Apple before disappearing into an apartment building over the weekend.
While her romance with Miller is mostly kept out of the public eye, not the same can be said for Affleck and J Lo.
Rings aren't the only things Affleck is shopping for these days.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Bennifer 2.0 has been looking at scripts to find the perfect project to collaborate on after their flop of a film, Gigli.
“These two are back in their Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton phase and are looking to make their Cleopatra together,” sources told RadarOnline.com. “They both have healthy egos and don’t want to be remembered for Gigli. Both Ben and Jen are better than that which is why they are looking to turn the page and find a project that will change that.”
Gigli was released in 2003 when Affleck and J Lo were engaged for the first time. Their romance didn't last after the disastrous reviews.
The couple called off their wedding just days before their ceremony, and officially split in January 2004.
