Josh Duggar's little sister Jana Duggar has been missing in action from Instagram since October, which might have to do with the fact she was secretly charged with endangering the welfare of a child the month before.
The 31-year-old 19 And Counting star's last post was on October 8. Sharing a video from an outdoor market in Bentonville, Arkansas, Jana revealed she had "a great time shopping with some of my sisters" at the fall fair.

The girls brought their children, shopped for vintage clothing, visited the petting zoo, and stopped to take photos. Jana sported a massive smile alongside her family members amid her brother's legal woes. Little did anyone know, Josh wasn't the only Duggar battling charges.
According to shocking court documents, Jana was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on September 10. Her video was taken less than one month later.
Jana pled not guilty to the charge. She's due back in court over the matter on January 10, 2022.
In Arkansas, the charge can technically be treated as a “Class A or B misdemeanor,” which could mean jail time for Jana, Page Six reports.
She could also be hit with a fine.
Jana's secret charge was brought to light on Friday, just one day after Josh was found guilty on one count each of downloading and possessing child pornography.
Interestingly enough, Jana was present multiple times at the courthouse during his trial. She showed up with her dad Jim Bob Duggar to show her support for her brother.
Josh was handcuffed and taken into police custody after the jury handed down their guilty verdict. He will remain at the Washington County Jail until his sentencing.
The reality star-turned-convicted criminal faces up to 40 years in prison. Josh has also been forced to pay $250,000 for each count.
As of this post, Jana and her family have been silent on her charge.
