'Late Late Show' Host James Corden Granted Restraining Order Against Alleged Stalker Who Wants His Wife 'Out Of The Picture'
James Corden has been granted a temporary restraining order against a woman who he says wants his wife Julia Carey "out of the picture."
The 43-year-old Late Late Show host rushed to court, seeking protection from the 30-year-old alleged stalker after claiming the female has been harassing him and his family for months.
According to the documents, she has shown up to Corden's home and his work, telling people they two plan on eloping despite the talk show host already being a happily married man.
Corden alleges the woman spent nearly one week in her car outside of his Los Angeles residence during the summer.
The British funnyman says she didn't leave, until he got the cops involved.
Corden alleges the woman even brewed up an elaborate story about their future wedding plans and decided to fill authorities in on the details.
According to the legal docs, the female told cops that she and Corden were planning on escaping to Las Vegas to get hitched.

The only problem is he's been married to Julia since 2012, but the alleged stalker seemed to think she wasn't a problem.
She reportedly told police Corden's wife "stole him" from her and believed they could be together once Julia was "out of the picture."
The talk show host says her behavior has been escalating, and he fears for his and his family's safety, especially since she showed up at his home more than once.
Corden allegedly believes she's a threat to his wife and their three children — Max, 10, Carey, 6, and Charlotte, 3.

A judge granted Corden a temporary restraining order against the alleged stalker.
The woman is required to stay 100 yards away from Corden, his wife, and their kids. She has also been ordered to end all attempts at communicating with the talk show host.
Corden is pretty private about his life at home, but he's been happily married for nearly 10 years and once gushed that it was “love at first sight" when he met Julia.
