TikTok Star Justine Paradise: 'Jake Paul F--ked My Face Without Consent'
April 13 2021, Updated 5:03 p.m. ET
TikTok star Justine Paradise has just come forward to accuse YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul of sexual assault.
In a 20-minute YouTube video uploaded to her channel earlier this week, the 24-year-old influencer said the alleged assault took place on July 20, 2019 but that she was too embarrassed and guilt-ridden to come forward sooner.
Justine also mentioned that she toggled with not using Jake's real name but ultimately decided to "for the girls that will be in my place."
Justine said repeatedly she has thought about the situation "every single day since it happened."
Beginning her story, Justine said she knew who the fellow 24-year-old influencer was but had never watched any of his videos, and she claims she still hasn't. She said she met him through a mutual friend whose real name she concealed.
Justine said she was set to hang with this particular female friend and another friend, a male whose name she also concealed. She said they ended up at the Team 10 house, the California mansion where Jake Paul and several of his friends live.
Upon arrival, Justine said her photo was taken and that she was forced to sign a nondisclosure agreement. It wasn't until recently that she asked her TikTok followers if she was allowed to speak publicly on a situation of sexual assault if she had previously signed an NDA. She was told she could, and this video was born.
Justine said she met Jake "almost immediately." He said he liked her then-blue hair and asked her if she had an accent. She said no, then asked him where the bathroom was. He showed her.
Justine said she hung out with her two other friends the majority of the time and that Jake asked her for her number at some point. She gave it to him. She said she still has that phone and all the messages the two allegedly exchanged, even flashing a few examples of said messages on the screen.
Justine described Jake as "awkward" and provided messages allegedly showing him texting her while they were in the same house and same room. She figured he just had "bad social skills."
"After I met him, I kind of looked him up a little bit," she said. "And I guess he's been 'famous' for like a long time. So I'm just assuming he always got what he wanted and never had to build social skills in talking to people. Like, girls just throw themselves at him, which is what I was seeing there. Girls would just throw themselves at him, and he would just go to the room with multiple different girls every day."
One day, when the two were in the mansion's studio together with other people, Justine said Jake pulled her into a corner and started kissing her. She said she was fine with that. She thought he was cute and said the kiss was consensual. However, he kissed her in front of everyone, which Justine felt was just to show off.
Justine said Jake then grabbed her hand and started walking with her, "talking, being nice." He took her to his room, which she didn't have an issue with because she didn't expect anything bad to happen. She said she remembers seeing a big aquarium with a bunch of fish and talking about where in Ohio he's from.
Justine said they began dancing – "ballroom dancing" – then he "took it to his bed."
"Sex is very special and very important to me," she explained. "But I haven't had sex with that many people. I haven't. Normally – not all the time – but normally, everybody respects me when I don't want to do sexual things, so I thought it would be fine if I went in his room, and I thought it would be fine to kiss him because I thought he would stop if I didn't want to do anything else. Like, that's normal, that's what you do."
She said he kept putting his hands places and her hands places and that she kept moving them off and saying no.
Justine remembers Jake then saying, "If nothing is going to happen then what's the point?"
"'What's the point?'" she recalled thinking. "I don't know, maybe I can just be one of your friends? Maybe I can just be someone that you kiss? Never ever have I rejected someone's touches and they said, 'Well, if nothing's gonna happen, what's the point?'"
Justine said that made her "uncomfortable."

"If his sole purpose was to have sex with me and that wasn't going to happen, he could tell me to leave," she said. "Yes, it would be a jerk move, but he could have. But that is not what he did."
"When he got up, he undid his pants and grabbed my face and started f--king my face," she said. "I would like to say that I have only given oral sex to like two or three people before this because that's really special to me, honestly more so than penis-vagina sex because it's different."
"What am I supposed to do?" she went on. "I was still laying down. He was on top of me and like holding my head into him. I couldn't even tell him not to. He didn't ask for consent or anything. He knew I didn't want to do anything with him because he even said, 'If nothing's gonna happen, what's the point?' And then he just shoves himself in me."
Justine said the ordeal "didn't last that long because he finished, he came in my mouth. Honestly, it was less than 30 seconds, so it didn't last that long. It was like 20 seconds, if that. ... I couldn't go anywhere because he was literally grabbing my head and shoving himself in me."
Following the experience, she said she felt confused and just rolled over on his bed. She said he cuddled with her for "point 2 seconds." Justine said Jake then got up and walked to the door and said, "OK, let's go back to the stu.'" (Stu is short for studio.)
She said she told him she wanted to go to his bathroom to fix herself before heading back down, but she said he didn't want her to.
"Why would you sexually assault me and then not even let me fix my hair and makeup?" she remembers thinking.
He also grabbed her phone, she said, which he called a "dinosaur phone" because it was an older iPhone model.
That's when Justine said she realized a change in him – from being "nice and sweet" to being "straight-up rude."
Later, her male friend found her crying and asked her what was wrong. She remembers saying, "Jake Paul f--ked my face without consent."
Justine also shared on the screen a Snapchat selfie she claims to have taken that day. The location was listed as Calabasas, and she wrote over the shot, "My face was puffy from crying."
She said she stayed with her two friends the rest of the night because it was "too late to drive home."
According to Justine, she didn't hear from Jake again after that night. She texted him a few times in the weeks that followed because she wanted to "talk to him about how that made me feel."
"Somewhere in my brain, I was thinking, 'What if he didn't do this to me on purpose? What if he didn't know how this made me feel? What if he just does this to everyone because he's so socially awkward and thinks this is what they want?'" she recalled.
However, the more she's thought about the situation, the more she's realized, "No one can be doing that and think that it's something right to do."
Justine said she wanted an apology and never got one.
"Just because I let you kiss me and I let you hold my hand and I let you dance with me in your room, that doesn't give you the right to come in my mouth," she said.
She added that she doesn't think the situation was "anything significant" to Jake, noting that he probably doesn't even remember who she is.
Justine said she wanted to release this video so that "one, Jake sees it," but also because she's noticed from past experiences that predators don't stop or take accountability "unless it's put out publicly."
Jake Paul has not yet responded to RadarOnline.com's request for comment.
