Joe Biden's Son Hunter Reportedly Renting Home For $20k Per Month, Moves Into Ritzy Malibu Neighborhood As Crack Addict Friend Speaks Out
Hunter Biden is a Malibu man now!
Joe Biden's 51-year-old son has reportedly moved into the celebrity-riddled neighborhood, and he's dropping a boatload of cash per month to live near A-listers like Reese Witherspoon, Emma Stone, and more!
He's finding out it's not cheap to live like the other side either.
Hunter is allegedly plunking down a whopping $20,000-a-month in rent for a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home that sits just one mile away from the ocean.
The 3,000 square foot property is said to be covered in secret service, according to Hunter's nosy neighbors who couldn't wait to run to the press.
One neighbor even claims a member of Hunter's secret service team asked if he'd be willing to move out of their home for a year.
The neighbor politely declined.
Hunter's upgrade comes as he swapped one Southern California beach city for another.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Joe's son ditched his Venice house in June after the neighborhood as the homeless issue continued to grow.
He was spotted carrying out boxes full of precious items but no one knew where he was going.
According to new reports, Hunter has been living in the Malibu home for around four months. If that's true, it means he was double-dipping in rent.
Hunter allegedly paid $25,000 per month for the Venice property, so while his new neighborhood is a huge status upgrade, the rent appears to be cheaper.
It's an interesting move -- especially with all surrounding the controversy surrounding the President's son right now.
The homeless crack addict that Hunter gushed about in his memoir recently spoke out for the first time, calling BS on his friendship claims.
In his book, he dedicated a full chapter in his book to the woman he identifies as "Rhea." He claimed he adored the woman and "loved as much as any friend he's ever loved."
Well, Rhea didn't like what she read in Hunter's tell-all and slammed everything he wrote in his book about her, including that he allowed her to live with him.
She also shut down what he said about her family.
