Harvey Weinstein is officially a single man behind bars.
The 69-year-old disgraced Hollywood producer's former wife Georgina Chapman has finalized their divorce, making room for a new man in her life -- her boyfriend, actor Adrien Brody.
The once couple's 10-year marriage officially ended this week.
A sealed motion was filed on Monday. Weinstein and Chapman's case now reads “disposed” on the court website, reports The New York Post.
While his divorce is officially checked off his list, Weinstein's legal issues are far from over.
As RadarOnline.com reported, a judge in New York ruled the ex-movie mogul will be extradited to California to face additional rape and sexual assault charges.
Weinstein is heading to L.A., where his fate could include a possible 140-year sentence.
His lawyers had been fighting the extradition, arguing their client needed to remain in the Big Apple to get proper medical care.
Weinstein's extradition may happen as early as mid-July.
While her ex-husband awaits his fate, Chapman's relationship with Brody is heating up, and he's already playing daddy to the two kids she shares with Weinstein.
Earlier this month, the couple was seen at LAX and Brody looked like he was stepping into the role of dad just fine.
Weinstein's ex-wife began dating The Pianist actor in February 2020.
They finally made their red carpet debut at Tribeca Film Festival in New York City, and Chapman looked proud to show off her new man.
Weinstein and Chapman tied the knot in 2007.
They share two children -- India, 10, and Dashiell, 8.
Weinstein and Chapman reached a divorce settlement in January 2018, which reportedly required the once famed movie mogul to pay his former wife between $15 and $20 million.
The fashion designer comes out on top because there was also a prenuptial agreement.
According to the prenup, Weinstein agreed to give Chapman $300,000 in spousal support for every year of marriage. After they hit the 10-year mark, that figure jumped to $400,000.
