Dwight Howard Claims Assault Accuser Made False Allegations After Ex-NBA Star Blocked Him on Instagram Post-Hook Up

Dwight Howard has broken his silence after admitting in court he did have a sexual relationship with a man he met on Instagram but denied he committed assault.
RadarOnline.com broke the story, this week, Howard responded to a lawsuit brought by his accuser Stephen Harper.
In his lawsuit, Harper claimed to have reached out to Howard on Instagram. He said he sent his cell phone number which led to Howard texting him.
Harper said the conversation turned sexual with Howard asking for explicit photos. The man said the spoke for months before finally meeting up in July 2021.
Howard has demanded the lawsuit be dismissed.
In his lawsuit, Harper claimed he showed up to Howard’s home where they began to kiss. However, he said Howard then brought out a man dressed as a woman who identified as “Kitty.”
Harper claimed Howard demanded they have a threesome. The accuser said Howard forcibly performed oral sex on him and then forced him to perform the same act on the NBA star.

The lawsuit sought unspecified damages for the alleged assault and battery.
In response, Howard did not deny he met Harper, and they exchanged sexual messages. He said Harper did come over to his Georgia mansion for a hook up but said Harper was well aware that Kitty was going to be present.
Howard said he never assaulted Harper and that the three of them engaged in consensual sexual activity. He asked the court to throw out Harper’s lawyer.
Now, the ex-NBA star’s lawyer, Justin Bailey, tells RadarOnline.com, “What was a private consensual encounter was made public for profit and Mr. Howard looks forward to bringing the truth to light in a court of law.”

He said about the assault claims, “The allegations against Mr. Howard are contested. Mr. Howard intends to present the truth. The truth is Mr. Howard blocked Mr. Harper on social media and then was confronted with two options – pay to protect his reputation or have a fabricated story made public.”
Bailey ended, “Despite being an easy target due to the subject matter and his status as a celebrity, Mr. Howard chose to trust in the justice system and will rely on all future court filings to speak for themselves. “
