Christina Haack Gets To Keep 5 Houses, 2 Cars And Her Wedding Ring In Divorce From Ant Anstead
Christina Haack made out like a bandit in her divorce from Ant Anstead, but that's not to say he walked away empty-handed.
According to new legal documents that show the division of property between the former couple, the 38-year-old Flip or Flop star got to keep four California properties and one in Tennessee, a Range Rover, a Bentley, and her wedding ring.
She recently put their $6 million Newport Beach home – which contains five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms in its 4,804 square feet of living space – on the market. After they tied the knot in the beachy abode, Anstead handed over his rights, giving his then-wife full ownership of the house.
Meanwhile, the 42-year-old Wheeler Dealers host drove off with seven vehicles – including a Range Rover, a Land Rover, a 2019 Lotus Type 62, an Alfa Romeo Tipo, a 1958 Porsche, a classic Ford Mustang, and a Comet – after the divorce was finalized.
And one person who's already been enjoying Ant's sweet rides is his new girlfriend, Renée Zellweger, who was recently photographed in the driver's seat of the Mustang while taking the English television presenter and his youngest son, 1-year-old Hudson London Anstead, to a vegan cafe in Orange County, California. The trio also attended a church service in Irvine.
Hudson is the only child Christina and Ant had together, and the two have already agreed to share custody. Neither has to pay the other child or spousal support, either.

He went on to marry Christina just months after the HGTV star finalized her divorce from her first husband, Tarek El Moussa. He and Christina share two children: 10-year-old daughter Taylor El Moussa and 5-year-old son Brayden El Moussa.
Shortly after Ant debuted his new love interest, Christina went public with hers.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Haack is now dating Joshua Hall, the brother of media personality/podcaster Jessica Hall, who is (or was?) friends with Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young, who is engaged to Christina's ex-husband, Tarek.
