Britney Spears Happy & Giggling With Fiancé Sam Asghari On Late-Night Bike Ride, Hours Before Conservator Face-Off With Dad Jamie Spears
Britney Spears' conservatorship may come to a screeching halt this afternoon, but she's not sweating it. The 39-year-old pop star was spotted letting loose with her fiancé, Sam Asghari, hours before her court hearing's scheduled to take place.
The Grammy winner didn't have a care in the world during a late-night bike ride with Sam around her Thousand Oaks, CA neighborhood.
Sam made sure to capture the beautifully innocent moment, showing Britney smiling from ear to ear and completely carefree ahead of the big day that could change her life forever.
Posting the video to his Instagram Story on Tuesday, Britney was seen trailing behind her third husband-to-be as streetlights illuminated their pathway.
The Oops!... I Did It Again singer and Sam did not appear to have security with them — adding even more enjoyment to her freedom ride.
"Nighttime bike ride," Sam is heard saying on camera as Britney screams, "This is so cool!"
"Night rides are the best," she adds.
Britney seemed full of confidence during the late ride as her fate lies in the judge's hands this afternoon.

The pop icon's new lawyer Mathew Rosengart will argue the reasons why Jamie Spears should no longer be in control of his daughter's life and her multimillion estate.
Britney has been vocal — she wants Jamie off the conservatorship and ASAP. Her lawyer drew up the paperwork last week, introducing a "termination plan."
As for Jamie, he claims he's cool with ending his daughter's 13-year conservatorship. But when it comes to his potential replacement, he feels the man is underqualified to handle her estate.
The judge has full power today, and Britney's dad could get the boot. There's also a chance the singer might be one step closer to ending her decades-long conservatorship, something she and her fans have been fighting for years.
Britney's man has stuck by her side through it all, even popping the question earlier this month.
This will be Sam's first marriage and Britney's third — but don't worry, she's allegedly already drafted a prenup. After all, her net worth is estimated to be around $60 million.
