Britney Spears Wants To Be Married & Have a Baby, Claims Her Father Jamie Won't Allow Her To Remove IUD
Britney Spears wants to have a baby, but, according to the singer, her dad Jamie Spears is preventing her from getting pregnant.
The 39-year-old pop star spoke to the judge for the first time in her 13-year conservatorship on Wednesday and dropped several bombshell accusations.
Despite already having two teenage boys, Britney wants to try for another but has been forbidden to do so.
The star pleaded with the judge to let her out of her more than decade-long conservatorship, alleging she's unable to get pregnant because her father won't let her remove her IUD.
An IUD is a t-shaped plastic piece that is inserted into the uterus as a form of birth control.
During the virtual hearing, Britney made her intentions with her boyfriend Sam Asghari clear.
"I want to get married and have a baby," the singer was heard saying.
"I wanted to take the IUD out and have a baby but my conservator won't let me because they don't want me to have a baby," Britney added.
Britney has been linked to Sam since 2017 after the two first met on the singer's Slumber Party music video.
The Lucky singer already has two sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline -- Sean, 15, and Jayden, 14.

Britney also expressed distain for her father and said she wanted to sue him.
After a short recess, the judge and parties returned to the virtual hearing.
Jamie issued a statement through his attorney. He claimed his client is "sorry to see his daughter suffering and in so much pain."
Britney's attorney came back, asking the court to seal the proceedings from here on out.
"Since she has made the remarks that she was able to make on the public record today, she believes that it would be advisable for proceedings to be sealed going forward," he stated on behalf of his client.
Before they abruptly ended the conservatorship hearing, due to someone recording, the judge addressed the explosive New York Times leak.
On Tuesday, the outlet published a bombshell report from confidential court records never before seen by the public.
The documents reportedly show that Britney has reportedly been telling the court she wants out of her conservatorship for years, despite her father claiming otherwise.
The judge said she was "concerned" that the confidential documents were "put out there in the public sphere." She also emphasized she did not know how the outlet got its hands on it.
No outcome was given from the hearing today, but the judge commended Britney on her bravery and for speaking out.
Both legal teams have been asked to issue dates to the court for a follow-up hearing.
