Britney Spears' ex-husband Jason Alexander has returned to the scene of the crime. RadarOnline.com has learned the 39-year-old is back at Nashville airport just days after his arrest.
According to our sources, Jason is making his second attempt at catching a flight to Los Angeles.
We're told his flight left just moments ago, so if all goes well, he's up in the air.
Jason addressed his plans in the Golden State in a bizarre shirtless rant, which he posted to Instagram.
According to Jason, he's headed to Hollywood for a sit-down interview where he will allegedly be speaking out about his former wife's conservatorship battle.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Britney's ex was "double-locked" in handcuffs and arrested on Sunday at 6:30 AM.
The Davidson Country Criminal Court Clerk told us, Jason wandered into a non-secure area before attempting to come back through TSA and skip the line. He was then thrown in handcuffs and taken to a secure room for questioning.
Jason was released, but not before spending the night behind bars at the Davidson County Sheriff's Office and posting a $2,500 bond.
According to the booking sheet obtained by RadarOnline.com, Jason was arrested on a misdemeanor. The charge appeared to be listed as an air security violation.
Britney's ex-husband is due in court on September 24, but not before he's scheduled to appear before a judge in a non-related DUI case.
Jason addressed his arrest on Wednesday, calling the "stupid." He also insisted he did "nothing wrong."
He has also started a GoFundMe in an attempt to raise $10,000. Jason wants to use the money to hire a lawyer and fight back against the airport police who arrested him.
He says the whole incident was an "accident" and he's being made an example of because of his fame.
FYI — Jason became the first Mr. Britney Spears during a 2004 wild night in Las Vegas when the duo decided to have an impromptu wedding ceremony.
It only lasted 55 hours before Britney's family talked her into filing to have their marriage annuled.
