Britney Spears' dad Jamie Spears will remain the sole conservator of her estate, at least for now.

According to reports, the company doesn't want to deal with the singer's father or the controversy surrounding the conservatorship -- especially after hearing Britney's emotional testimony last week.

Sources allege Bessemer Trust has decided not to get involved in Britney's conservatorship, calling the circus behind the drama a "hornet's nest."

Insiders claim Jamie Spears has a lot to do with the financial institution bailing. To put it plainly, the company reportedly doesn't want to deal with the star's controversial father.

Bessemer Trust also allegedly has an issue with Britney's lawyer, Sam Ingham. Based on those reasons, it's reportedly rejecting the title of co-conservator over multimillion-dollar Britney's estate.

The decision leaves her dad in charge, despite Britney's clear message that she wants Jamie out.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Ingham filed documents in November asking the court to oust Jamie from the conservatorship.

He also recently filed legal documents asking the court to appoint Bessemer Trust as Britney's co-conservator in place of Jamie.

While the judge only met Britney's lawyer halfway, the report that Bessemer is allegedly rejecting the court's approval is a blow to the singer.

That doesn't mean the battle is over. Nothing is stopping her lawyer from filing another request.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the I'm a Slave 4 U singer addressed the judge in a virtual hearing one week ago, which was made public at the pop star's request.

Britney went off on her father and threw out several allegations, including comparing her 13-year conservatorship to "sex trafficking."

She also told the judge that Jamie "should be in jail" for what he let her endure over the years.

Britney's most shocking claim was that Jamie refuses to let her take out her IUD, which prevents her from getting pregnant.

“I want to get married and have a baby,” she said during her testimony. “I want [the IUD] taken out so I can start trying to have another baby. But this so-called team won’t let me go to the doctor to take it out because they don’t want me to have any more children.”

As for Jamie, he claims he "loves" Britney and is "sorry to see his daughter in so much pain."
