Real Housewives of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke's estranged husband Sean spent six hours packing up their belongings in their Newport Beach rental after their landlord demanding they vacate the premises immediately.
Paparazzi caught Sean going in and out of the 5-bedroom, 6 ½ bathrooms, 8,000 sq. ft. pad with a bunch of brown boxes.
The former reality star was seen being helped out by two of his seven children that he shares with Braunwyn. The decision to pack up comes after the former couple was sued for eviction by a woman named Karen Ogden.
In the suit, the landlord said she agreed to lease Braunwyn the home back in January 2020. The deal was the reality star would be allowed to film the Bravo show in the house and she would pay $15,000 a month.
In court documents, the landlord said the couple failed to pay her rent for 3 months. She asked the court for help getting them out and for them to cough up the back rent.
Braunwyn and Sean initially tried to deny they were being sued but then claimed it was all a misunderstanding. Sean responded to the suit, without a lawyer, saying the landlord had no right to bring the case. He admitted to owing back rent but said he was in the process of paying it.
Regardless, it seems like Sean is getting out of there and we're told he's moving into a home owned by a friend of Braunwyn's new girlfriend.
As Radar previously reported, Braunwyn and Sean split days after they were sued in court. The couple announced on Instagram Live that they were separating after 27 years of marriage.
They told their followers that Braunwyn would be moving to Hawaii with their kids while Sean stayed back in Orange County to rebuild his life after facing financial hardships during the pandemic.
Braunwyn has been dealing with a lot over the past couple of months. She was fired from Real Housewives of Orange County, sued for eviction, split with her husband and moved to Hawaii. To make matters worse, producers decided to hire two of her best friends to replace her on season 16. Her friends Dr. Jen Armstrong and Noella Bergener are already bringing the drama.
