Blac Chyna can move forward with her plan to depose her ex Rob Kardashian’s family members — as she attempts to fight off his assault lawsuit.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge has granted in part and denied in part Chyna’s motion.
As we previously reported, Chyna has demanded Rob’s sisters Kim & Khloé Kardashian — along with Kylie & Kris Jenner — answer questions under oath about the lawsuit.

In the suit, Rob claims he was assaulted by Chyna on December 14, 2016. He says his then-fiancé chased him around Kylie’s home trying to strangle him with a iPhone cord & striking him with a 6-ft. metal pole.
Chyna denies attacking Rob. She also points to unreleased video footage shot by E! showing Rob a day after the alleged incident without bruises on his face or body.
The parties are headed to trial but Chyna wanted the family to answer a couple more questions before it started. She has questions for Kylie about where her alleged security camera footage is from the night in question.

Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani spoke to RadarOnline.com about the court victory. “Chyna will be permitted to question all four individuals, despite their objection to the trial court that they are “too busy running billion-dollar companies” to comply with Chyna’s subpoenas. The trial court agreed with Chyna that Kris, Kim, Khloe, and Kylie are not above the law and they must respond under oath to questions by her attorney, Lynne Ciani,” she tells us.
At the moment, Chyna is also facing off with Rob in a separate lawsuit she filed against the Kardashian/Jenner family. She accuses them of spreading lies about her abusing Rob to E! execs which lead to her show Rob & Chyna being canceled. Her lawsuit is seeking millions in damages. The Kardashian/Jenner family denies they caused the show to be axed and argue Chyna's career has thrived despite her claims.
In court, the parties have gotten nasty with Khloé demanding answers on Chyna's OnlyFans income and Chyna accusing Rob's sister of being obsessed with her sexually.
