Bill Cosby may be freed from prison, but his battle isn't over.
The 83-year-old comedian is firing shots at another sexual assault accuser, making it clear that he's ready for their day in court.
Cosby -- whose sexual assault conviction was overturned last week due to a technicality-- now has his focus set on Judy Huth and her high-profile attorney, Gloria Allred.
Huth accused The Cosby Show actor of sexually assaulting her at the Playboy Mansion in 1974 when she was 15 years old.
Cosby's legal team is rolling up their sleeves and getting ready to fight.
“With the reversal of Mr. Cosby’s conviction, his legal team, led by Jennifer Bonjean of the Bonjean Law Group, now turns its attention to the civil lawsuit brought by Gloria Allred on behalf of her client Judy Huth," their statement reads.
Turning the focus on Allred, Cosby's team continued, "Since Mr. Cosby’s release from prison and the dismissal of all charges against him, Ms. Allred has been hard at work giving press statements about the alleged merits of her client’s 45-year-old allegations."
Cosby is due in court over the matter on August 13 and his lawyer is confident "the court will lift the stay that was entered in 2018 and we can get to the business of vindicating Mr. Cosby once and for all."
Allred -- who represented 33 Cosby accusers -- held a press conference just hours after the comedian's release from prison.
Ensuring everyone that "Mr. Cosby is not home free," Allred alleged Cosby will still be deposed under oath in his Los Angeles lawsuit against Huff.
She also stated he'll be unable to evoke his fifth amendment rights.
Before her press conference, Allred told Variety she was "disappointed" in the court's decision.
"Despite the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision, this was an important fight for justice and even though the court overturned the conviction on technical grounds, it did not vindicate Bill Cosby’s conduct and should not be interpreted as a statement or a finding that he did not engage in the acts of which he has been accused," Allred said.
As for Cosby, he's ready to get back to life before prison.
RadarOnline.com is told he's gearing up for a big comeback, which will include stand-up, television, and a documentary.
