Disheveled Ben Affleck Looks Exhausted With Son Amid Jennifer Lopez Engagement Attention After Ex-Wife Jen Garner Reunites With Boyfriend John Miller in NYC
Being a parent is hard, especially when your every step is captured by the paparazzi — that's exactly what an exhausted Ben Affleck found out during a recent outing with his 9-year-old son, Samuel, who he shares with ex-wife Jen Garner.
The 49-year-old father of three looked disheveled and not ready to report for dad duty ahead of the weekend with his youngest child.
Affleck appeared out of sorts with his baseball cap tilted sideways as he juggled several items in his arms during a shopping trip in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The Academy Award winner kept it casual wearing his favorite black jeans, a graphic t-shirt, and a navy jacket.
Wearing a mask over his face, Affleck couldn't keep his headgear straight and looked defeated in a parking lot with a happy Samuel, who was seen wheeling out a brand-new bike.
Maybe the movie star is dog-tired just from the date with his son — or maybe it's because of all the attention his personal life is gaining at the moment.
Earlier this week, he sparked engagement rumors when he was caught shopping for a diamond ring just four months into his rekindled relationship with Jennifer Lopez.
While it didn't appear that Affleck walked out with a purchase, the Love Don't Cost a Thing singer was seen wearing bling on her finger hours later.

Affleck and J Lo aren't the only ones making headlines for their relationship.
Showing her ex-husband that he's not the only one who can recycle, Garner looked like she was on cloud nine after being spotted with her on-again boyfriend in New York.
While her romance with Miller is mostly kept out of the public eye, not the same can be said for Affleck and J Lo.
And despite Affleck looking too tired to add anything to his plate, RadarOnline.com is told Bennifer 2.0 has been looking at scripts to find the perfect project to collaborate on after their flop of a film, Gigli.
“These two are back in their Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton phase and are looking to make their Cleopatra together,” sources told RadarOnline.com. “They both have healthy egos and don’t want to be remembered for Gigli. Both Ben and Jen are better than that which is why they are looking to turn the page and find a project that will change that.”
For those of you that remember the 2003 "comedy," we're sorry. As for reuniting in the movies, we've learned J Lo would like their on-screen chemistry to be as hot Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt in Mr. and Mrs. Smith.
