Boyfriend & Girlfriend Suspects Charged For Shooting Six-Year-Old Aiden Leos During Road Rage Incident
The boyfriend and girlfriend suspects in the killing of six-year-old Aiden Leos have been charged.
Leos was shot and killed on an Orange County freeway on May 21 during an alleged road rage incident while driving with his mom to kindergarten.
Marcus Anthony Eriz, 24, was charged with felony murder and discharge of a gun at an inhabited dwelling, according to ABC7.
His girlfriend, Wynne Lee, 23, has been charged with accessory after the fact and concealing a firearm in the vehicle.
Law enforcement believes that Eriz was the shooter and Lee was the driver.
Eriz faces 40 years in prison.
Lee reportedly faces three years in state prison and one year in county jail.
"There are few words to describe the feeling produced by the despicable actions of that day," the CHP Assistant Chief Donald Goodbrand said after the couple's arrest on Monday.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Eriz -- who was revealed to be an unemployed auto shop worker -- has a love for guns and can be seen toting them around all over his Instagram.

In March 2020, he showed off a number of guns. In September 2019, Eriz was seen firing multiple weapons during a day on the gun range.
While Eriz's social media presence is hard to ignore, Lee's hardly exists.
They are each being held on $1 million bail.
As for what happened nearly two weeks ago, it's hard to fathom.
Documents reveal the road rage incident stemmed from a driver in a white Volkswagen Golf Sportswagen (now believed to be Eriz and Lee) cut off Aiden's mom in the carpool lane.
She stuck her middle finger up at the car, whose driver then proceeded to trial behind her and fired a shot through the back of car.
Aiden's mom pulled over and cradled her son until an off-duty cop stopped to help.
He was taken to the hospital where he was tragically pronounced dead.
