Then woman behind the bombshell lawsuit against the Church of Scientology and David Miscavige is outspoken ex-member Valerie Haney. In an amended complaint obtained by RadarOnline.com, Haney not only exposed her true identity, but also made disturbing child trafficking allegations.

In the first amended complaint filed on September 30, 2019, “Jane Doe” was removed from Plaintiff to reveal Haney’s identity. She is now suing for intentional misrepresentation, concealment, false promise, kidnapping, stalking, libel, slander, constructive invasion of privacy and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

She then alleged more disturbing details on one of the Church of Scientology’s sub organizations, Sea Org.

“The Sea Org, in large part, functions by way of human trafficking, including the trafficking of children,” the filing read. “Defendants engage in the forced labor of adults and children in the Sea Org. Defendants have made billions off the backs of men, women, and children who are trafficked and forced to work 75 to 100 hour weeks for far below the minimum wage with little to no free time or vacation under the treat of severe punishment for failure to perform their work duties.”

She claimed Child Sea Org members are “neglected and/or abused, physically, mentally, and are routinely placed in isolation.”

Sea Org members, including children, allegedly often have their food rationed and/or limited and must perform jobs that expose them to a “high risk of danger, such as removal of asbestos, welding, construction/working on scaffolding, chemical exposure, using heavy construction machinery, etc. and are often requited to do so without necessary safety equipment,” she claimed.

Children are allegedly restricted and limited to sleep and do not receive adequate education. They are also allegedly coached to lie and/or conceal information concerning the abuses within Scientology to the public, family, authorities and non-Scientologists.

“Sea Org members, including children, are isolated from the outside world, their access to information is heavily monitored, controlled, and limited, and Sea Org members are subjected to physical, verbal, psychological, emotional, and/or sexual abuse and/or assault,” the court papers read.

In addition to the amended complaint, Haney’s legal team Jeffrey P. Fritz, Esq, Marci Hamilton, Esq. and Ricardo M. Martinez-Cid filed Pro Hac Vice, which is a request to be able to practice in the California jurisdiction for this case, as the attorneys are “not regularly employed in or engaged in any substantial business, professional or other activities in the state of California.”

A court hearing has been set for October 25, 2019 to discuss the applications.

The Church of Scientology and Miscavige, 59, have not responded to the original and amended complaints.

The Underground Bunker was the first to break the new filings of the case.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Haney has been outspoken about her experiences as a member of the Church of Scientology. She even appeared on ex-member Leah Remini’s docu-series Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath.

In Haney’s original petition, she explained that she was born into Scientology to Scientologist parents. She lived at the Spiritual Headquarters in Clearwater, Florida.

She was a member of Cadet Org, which is for children of the most dedicated members. She claims she was subject to “military-like conditions,” where she would work and clean from 8am to midnight, she alleged.

At 10 years old, she claimed she was subject to bullbaiting, where members are “trained not to react to harassment, verbal assault, threats and/or sexually explicit and inappropriate comments.”

Adults would allegedly say vulgar and sexually explicit things and punish the children if they showed visible reaction.

She claimed adults screamed in her face, “I am going to f**k you and then your mother” and “You are going to suck my d**k.”

At 15, she became a member of Sea Org and moved to Church of Scientology headquarters in California. She was there for 12- to 13 years. Members were allegedly forced to sign a billion-year contract dedicating their lives to Church of Scientology. Children were allegedly paid $15 a week, while adults were paid $46.
