Patrick Swayze’s Brother Slams Late Actor’s Widow: ‘I Don’t Care If She Lives Or Dies!’

Patrick Swayze’s brother is standing up for his family amid Lisa Niemi’s abuse claims.
Speaking exclusively to RadarOnline.com, Sean Swayze said Lisa’s allegations that Patrick’s mother beat him are entirely false.
“My family doesn’t even associate with that piece of s**t,” he said. “There was never any abuse in our family.”
Sean accused Lisa of making up lies for money, and said she never got along with the family when she was married to Patrick.
“She has been grubbing for money since he died. Anything that makes her money she’ll tell the press,” said Sean.
Patrick’s brother refused to participate in the new biopic about his life, saying: “I know what my family was like growing up. I don’t need to watch a documentary about it.”
His harsh response to Patrick’s widow comes after Lisa publicly claimed Patrick’s mother physically abused the actor as a child. Addressing the allegations, Sean said his parents were kind and hard-working, and while they did punish them when they did something wrong, it was not abuse.
“There was never any abuse. She our mom had a temper. We all had tempers. Everyone had violent tempers. But there were no beatings,” he said. “We got spankings and whippings, like a good old southern boy. All we did was get our whippings growing up. We never got punched in the face, hit across the body or slapped in the face. We got a belt to our butts growing up. That was normal back then. And it doesn’t mean it’s abuse.”

“We had a great childhood. We were in sports and athletes in school. It was fun,” Sean added.
Continuing to bash Lisa, Sean said she didn’t even appreciate Patrick until after his death, and the Dirty Dancing actor was always hurt by the fact that she didn’t take his last name.
“But when he died she wanted to,” said Sean. “She wanted the last name for money.”
Now 10 years after Patrick’s tragic death, Sean and his relatives are staying far away from his widow.
“We don’t talk to Lisa. I don’t care if she lives or dies,” he said. “We were always a family and were close. She always hated being around us. She was cold around us.”
Sean added that towards the end of their marriage, Patrick couldn’t even “stand the sight of her,” and Lisa always pushed him to argue despite him wanting to keep the peace.
“Why would she do this and turn up something negative? It’s the 10-year anniversary of his death and should celebrate him. Let him rest in peace,” said Sean.
