Jackass’ Bam Margera has been arrested, days after ditching rehab.

RadarOnline.com can confirm the wild reality star and skateboarder was confronted by a staffer at the Luxe Hotel in Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, after he was caught displaying bizarre behavior at the bar.

“Police arrived to the hotel and Mr. Margera refused to leave the premises or cooperate with officers. Mr. Margera was arrested for trespassing and taken into the station at 2:30 a.m., he is currently being held on $1,000 bail,” the spokesperson added.

Reporters obtained a shocking video of Margera, 39, sitting sloppily in the hotel lobby, surrounded by police.

In the clip, an officer is heard telling him, "This is not a f**king reality TV show. I know you're fresh out of rehab, so let's get your s**t together."
