Brooke Mueller has reportedly relapsed and is once again struggling with substance abuse.

According to Page Six and media reports, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife was acting strange at a Hamptons drugstore over the weekend and asked a stranger to take her home. Instead, the man took her to his shared rental in Southampton, where Mueller opened a suitcase packed full of drugs, and offered her would-be rescuer and his friends to help themselves.

“We took her home because we thought she needed help. But once we were in the house, she opened her bags and she had so many drugs it was like ‘Scarface,’” one witness shared.

“The guys in the house were just waking up from a long night, and nobody was in the mood to party. But Brooke had other ideas, and kept saying, ‘Why are you all so boring? Let’s party,’” the witness added. “She had so many bags of drugs, it wasn’t clear what they were, but she had white powder around her nose, so I assume it was cocaine.”

Mueller is no stranger to drug and alcohol abuse, having been busted for DUI in 1996 and cocaine possession in 2001. In July 2011, she completed an outpatient rehab program.

But just last year, she apparently relapsed, and was accused of leaving one of her ten-year-old twin boys she shares with Sheen alone in a hotel room while she partied at a casino!

And it seems her party ways continued this past weekend in the Hamptons, according to roommates.
