It's Official! Gina Kirschenheiter Reconciles With Ex-Husband Matt 1 Year After Split
June 13 2019, Updated 1:16 p.m. ET
Gina Kirschenheiter has gotten back together with her ex-husband Matt, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
"They are keeping it quiet, but they're back on," a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com.
As fans know, Gina, 35, filed for divorce from Matt in April 2018. At the time, she had just finished filming her first season on The Real Housewives of Orange County.
However, just two weeks after RadarOnline.com reported that the parents of Nicholas, 7, Sienna, 5, and Luca, 4, were working on mending their broken marriage, the blonde beauty hinted that they were back on in a touching Instagram post.
"Happy birthday to the man who has held my hand for the last 14 years despite the ups and downs. Thanks for being the best father to our kids, and the best friend a girl could ask for. Wouldn’t want to take on this crazy life with anyone else. Like you said, “I’m your person and you’re mine.” ❤️ Happy Birthday Matthew," Gina wrote on Instagram.
Immediately, co-star Vicki Gunvalson commented on the post, letting her pal know that she was supportive of her choice to give her marriage another chance.
"So sweet and I'm so happy for you," Vicki, 57, wrote, to which Gina responded, "Love you, Vic."
Although the Kirschenheiters — who have been together since meeting when Gina was 23 at Hofstra University, where they both attended college — have definitely reconciled, they still have not made it official with the court.
In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, their last hearing was March 19 and their divorce appears to still be ongoing.

In addition, they recently sold their Coto de Caza home that they shared for $100,000 less than the original asking price.
According to a source close to the duo, "They are working out the logistics on everything."
So, does this mean that fans will finally get to see Gina's hunk Matt, who has avoided cameras so far, on the upcoming season 14 of RHOC?
The insider told RadarOnline.com that it's likely! "Fans will definitely get a close look inside their relationship and see everything unfold in the upcoming season."
