'Pioneer Woman's Teen Daughter Arrested For Public Intoxication & Alcohol Possession
The Pioneer Woman’s teenage daughter has been arrested for consuming and possessing alcohol in public, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.
Court records obtained by RadarOnline.com show that Ree Drummond’s 19-year-old daughter, Paige, was arrested for public intoxication and possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age back on April 12.
The shocking papers indicate that Ree’s second oldest child was arrested and taken to a jail in her home state of Oklahoma. According to a document filed by a district attorney, Paige “did appear in a drunken condition” in the city of Stillwater, Oklahoma. The crime is punishable by up to one year in jail and a fee of up to $500, the court document stated.
Additionally, Paige was found in possession of an open container of beer. The document stated Paige “did unlawfully possess and consume a non-intoxicating beverage, containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol measured by weight, in a public place.” The possession of alcohol by a minor charge carries a punishment of up to 30 days in jail or a fine of up to $100, or both.
The popular food blogger’s teenage daughter paid a total of $404.50 thus far in court fees for the alleged crimes.
On May 2, a district attorney approved a request to dismiss both counts from Paige’s record. The Food Network star’s teenage daughter has also requested for the arrest and court records to be expunged.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Ree skyrocketed to fame after her cooking show, The Pioneer Woman, took off. She is also well known for her food blog where she boasts about her cowboy husband, Ladd, and their rustic lifestyle of living on an expansive ranch.
Ree’s oldest daughter, Alex, 21, recently graduated from Texas A&M University. She also has two teenage sons.
Ree often jokes to her followers about how strict she is as a parent. She recently joked that she refuses to use the word “boyfriend” for her daughters’ significant others.
Additionally, 21-year-old Alex was caught on camera chugging beers last year at a college party.
