The Pioneer Woman's Ree Drummond has amassed a huge fortune for sharing savory, fattening dishes with her loyal rans.

Now, RadarOnline.com can report the famous TV chef is following a strict diet plan after tackling body insecurities of her own.

Drummond's own body shaming began when she posted a mirror selfie on Instagram to her two-million followers – just to point out that the picture "isn't so much a selfie as an outfit selfie."

Drummond's "little toe" that appeared out of place in her strappy sandles "really hurts my feelings," she continued.

The Food Network star then drew attention to her mid-section and revealed her shocking food restrictions.

"I have been eating low carb for a couple of months, but there's still plenty of calamity and chaos going on under my blousy top, which is why I have an undying loyalty to blousy tops," the television star continued.

Earlier this month, the chef posted a photo of ham and swiss cheese biscuits, which she joked were her "boyfriend."
