The Pioneer Woman's Ree Drummond has amassed a huge fortune for sharing savory, fattening dishes with her loyal rans.

Now, RadarOnline.com can report the famous TV chef is following a strict diet plan after tackling body insecurities of her own.

Drummond's own body shaming began when she posted a mirror selfie on Instagram to her two-million followers – just to point out that the picture "isn't so much a selfie as an outfit selfie."

The Oklahoma native then listed reasons as to why she appeared the way she did. The self-made blogger admitted she was "not trying to pose flirtatiously with my hand delicately resting in my hair." She then added that she was holding her bangs a certain way "because of a curling iron mishap."

Drummond's "little toe" that appeared out of place in her strappy sandles "really hurts my feelings," she continued.

The Food Network star then drew attention to her mid-section and revealed her shocking food restrictions.

"I have been eating low carb for a couple of months, but there's still plenty of calamity and chaos going on under my blousy top, which is why I have an undying loyalty to blousy tops," the television star continued.

Earlier this month, the chef posted a photo of ham and swiss cheese biscuits, which she joked were her "boyfriend."

In June, she shared a pizza she cooked and admitted it was "not the best time to take a break from carbs."

The Pioneer Woman also has her family members under strict limitations. Earlier this month she revealed she refuses to let her daughters have boyfriends.
