Phaedra Parks’ ex-husband Apollo Nida has been released from prison. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the ex Real Housewives of Atlanta star has been moved to a halfway house.

A spokesperson for RRM Philadelphia exclusively confirmed to RadarOnline.com that he has been released from Fort Dix Correctional Facility and is in their halfway house.

“He will be here until October 15, 2019,” the spokesperson said.

Parks’ ex-husband was sentenced to eight years in prison for fraud. He cashed stolen checks and laundered over $2.3 million through fake bank accounts.

His release date was August 29, 2020. A federal judge reduced Nida’s sentence by a full year in March.

He has been engaged to Sherien Almufti since 2016.

She has been posting photos and updates of their prison romance on her Instagram page.

Nida, 40, was married to Parks, 45, who was fired from the Bravo series, from 2009 to 2017. They share sons Dylan and Ayden.
