Saved By The Judge! Luann Ordered To Counseling, Sobriety Meds In Lieu Of Jail Time
Luann De Lesseps just avoided jail for a second time on Thursday, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
The 54-year-old reality star was initially ordered back to jail by a Palm Beach County judge in the morning hours on May 23 for violating her probation by drinking alcohol. However, according to new documents exclusively obtained by Radar, De Lesseps struck a plea deal hours later, providing her with new probation rules to follow.
According to the court docs, De Lesseps will have “weekly telephone counseling sessions with her treating psychiatrist” in addition to monthly in-person sessions.
The troubled Real Housewives of New York star is also ordered to take Antabuse sobriety medication prescribed by a doctor.
Additionally, the documents explained that De Lesseps will also have to maintain a breathalyzer monitoring device per a request made by her probation officer.

The reality star also agreed to pay for her own transportation back to Florida if she is found in violation of probation in the future.
After accepting the new probation terms, a judge ordered De Lesseps to be released from custody of the Palm Beach Sheriff’s Office.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, De Lesseps was arrested on Christmas Eve in 2017 for assaulting and threatening to kill a police officer.
Thursday’s probation hearing was set after De Lesseps confessed to drinking two mimosas earlier this year after performing a cabaret show in Chicago, Illinois.
She has already been to rehab twice following the 2017 incident.
If De Lesseps is found in violation of probation again, she will have to return to Palm Beach County.
