Mr. & Mrs. Jonas! Joe & Sophie Turner Marry In Surprise Vegas Wedding After BMAs

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner are married!
This Thursday, May 1, the stars tied the knot in a surprise Las Vegas ceremony after the Billboard Music Awards.
RadarOnline.com has learned the Game of Thrones actress and the pop singer applied for a marriage license earlier in the day in Clark County, Nevada and ran off to their ceremony following the show.
At the BMAs, Joe, 29, jumped onstage with The Jonas Brothers rocking their first awards show performance in 10 years!
When the party ended, Sophie, 23, Joe, and their families and loved ones rushed to Vegas’ Chapel L’Amour inside A Little White Wedding Chapel and got hitched!
Various celebrities who were present at the BMAs, such as Khalid, were guests. Diplo even documented the wedding on his Instagram Story.
“Gonna hit this wedding real quick,” he captioned one of the shots.
Other invitees included Joe’s groomsmen, brothers Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas, and their wives, Priyanka Chopra and Danielle Jonas.
Sophie walked down the aisle looking stunning in a delicate white silk top, matching pants, and a veil as Dan + Shay performed “Speechless” acoustically.
Joe stood at the end of the aisle with his brothers, all who wore matching grey suits. He looked love-struck when watching his now-wife walk towards him.
Like a good Vegas wedding, an Elvis Presley impersonator was involved, and was actually the one who officiated the wedding. At one point, he told the couple to hold hands, look into each other’s eyes, and recite their vows.
“I promise you, I will never leave you. I will love and trust you, all the days of my life,” they said. “In sickness and in health… forever and ever.”
Nick, 26, then handed Sophie her flower bouquet, which had a flashing blue light inside it.
“Fine folks, family… in the power vested in me, it is my pleasure to pronounce you two husband and wife. You may kiss that bride!” the Elvis impersonator said.
Immediately, Sophie and Joe gave each other a sweet kiss and embrace, prompting the crowd to cheer and clap with excitement. The couple, who said "I do" with ring pops, then posed atop the famous pink Cadillac in the venue’s drive-through chapel.
While Joe and Sophie’s wedding was nothing like Nick and Priyanka’s lavish three-day ordeal, they’re not the only celebrities to have tied the knot at the Vegas venue. Others include Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, Frank Sinatra and Mia Farrow, Michael Jordan, Britney Spears, and Judy Garland, among others!
RadarOnline.com readers know Joe and Sophie have remained very low-key about their relationship since they went public in 2016, at a concert in Netherlands. A year-and-a-half ago, they announced their engagement with a simple Instagram post each, and while fans were anxious to hear of their wedding plans, it seems all they were looking for was a good party, some A-listers, and an Elvis impersonator.
