Hayden Panettiere may be standing by her man — but he will not longer be able to stand anywhere near her.
A Los Angeles judge issued a protective order against her troubled boyfriend Brian Hickerson, preventing him from coming within 100 yards of the Nashville star after he was arrested on a felony domestic violence charge earlier this month, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
The 30-year-old also cannot reach out to his girlfriend of less than one year via phone calls or emails, or possess firearms.
During the terrifying May 2 physical altercation, the prosecutor told the court Panettiere, 29, sustained injuries and bruises to her arms, ear, and neck area.
“He hit her on the face, causing her to get dizzy,” the prosecutor said at the arraignment in Los Angeles court this morning, May 23.

As Hickerson, donning a black suit and grey tie, stood before the judge, the District Attorney claimed there were other unreported incidents of domestic violence in the relationship.
Panettiere's man pleaded not guilty to the charge.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department records obtained by RadarOnline.com, cops were called to the couple’s Hollywood home Wednesday, May 2 at 2:30 a.m. following a heated altercation that turned violent.
In a 911 call obtained by RadarOnline.com, neighbors said they heard someone scream "ouch" and other shouting.
Hickerson posted a $50,000 bail, and was soon released from custody.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Panettiere's family has been "deeply concerned" about the rehab-alum actress' relationship with her bad news man and hard partying by his side.
However, not even the physical fight stopped Panettiere — the mom of Kaya, 4, with ex Wladimir Klitschko — from being with her boyfriend. The couple was spotted holding hands on May 15.
