Hayden Panettiere’s Bad News Boyfriend Arrested For Domestic Violence: Star's Mom 'In Shock'

Hayden Panettiere's boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, was arrested after allegedly getting physical with her, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department records obtained by RadarOnline.com, cops were called to the couple’s Hollywood home Wednesday, May 1 at 2:30 a.m. following a heated altercation that turned violent.

"Police arrested him for domestic violence," a spokesperson for the LAPD told RadarOnline.com.

Hickerson, 29, was booked into the jail three hours later, at 6:15 a.m.

Then at 3:15 p.m. today, Henderson posted a $50,000 bail.

The Nashville actress’ mom, Lesley Vogel, didn’t know anything about his arrest, and told RadarOnline.com she is checking in with her daughter as soon as possible.

“I’m in shock,” she said, adding that unfortunately, she knows what Hickerson is capable of doing.

“I knew he had an incident with his father and he has a tendency to do that physical violence. Never had I thought it would be against Hayden or I would have addressed it sooner. I have addressed many things,” she said.

Readers know this isn't the first time Hickerson was arrested for alleged violent behavior. As RadarOnline.com previously reported in October, he got into a fight with his own father, and even chased him around with a Gatorade bottle in front of police.

RadarOnline.com exclusively reported Panettiere began dating Hickerson last summer following her split from longtime partner Wladimir Klitschko. 

The single mom shocked fans when RadarOnline.com caught her drunkenly vomiting outside an L.A. bar last August.
