Artie Lange just can't stop getting into trouble.

The drug-addled comic has been arrested by the Essex County Sheriff's Office in New Jersey, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

"Lange is non-compliant," officials told RadarOnline.com. "Consequently, he will be taken into custody by officers from the Essex County Sheriff’s Office. He will be returned to the Essex County Correctional Facility in Newark."

According to officials, Lange, 51, was in violation of his probation while completing his drug court program.

"All the stories gave the impression he was doing great, but that is not the case," the official added.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Lange's worst nightmare became a grave reality when the troubled comic was ordered into an intense six-month drug court program back in March.

Lange was previously arrested on January 31 for testing positive for cocaine.

After detoxing for three days in jail, he was checked into a 30-day rehab program at a halfway house before entering the drug court program.
