Tom Cruise Being Hauled Into Court Over Potential Scientology Lawsuit!
April 24 2019, Updated 9:27 p.m. ET
Tom Cruise may be facing the legal fight of his life, with a bombshell case threatening to shake his religion, Scientology, to its core.
RadarOnline.com has learned the actor and the church’s leader, David Miscavige, are set to be named in a lawsuit to be filed by a bar owner, Clay Irwin, who claims he has been stalked and harassed by the church and even pushed off his bike by a member.
Irwin’s run-ins began in 2016, when he was invited by a worker to tour a then-under-construction Scientologist home and posted a video of the interior online.

The Church’s “muscle” then visited Irwin at his old pub in Florida, The Lucky Anchor, he claimed, forcing him to remove the video from his phone — prompting Irwin to target 56-year-old Cruise in the potential suit.
“If I can prove it was Tom who ‘sicced the dogs’ on me, I will be suing his ass off,” Irwin said. “When it does go down, a lot of people will go down with it.”
Irwin added money isn’t a factor in the filing — he just wants to expose the church’s intimidation tactics.
