"I have come to the conclusion that I must take full responsibility for my conduct and that's why I am pleading guilty today," the 36-year-old stated in court.

Mack was arrested in April 2018 for her involvement with the alleged sex cult. The cult has been exposed for luring in women who were ultimately abused, starved, blackmailed and threatened.

Mack has spent nearly the last year on house arrest at her parents' Los Alamitos, Calif. home.

Mack's guilty plea comes after former co-defendants Nancy and Lauren Salzman pleaded guilty to racketeering charges.

As of Monday afternoon, the remaining defendants in the case include NXIVM founder Keith Raniere, Seagram's heiress Clare Bronfman and the organization's secretary Kathy Russell.

Sources close to Mack revealed to RadarOnline.com that she has spent the last few weeks "terrified" of going to prison for a long time.

She is scheduled for sentencing on September 11, 2019.
