Seacrest Out! Ryan Slams Chyna For ‘Harassing’ Him In Kardashian Legal War

Ryan Seacrest isn’t letting Blac Chyna drag him into her ongoing legal battle with the Kardashian/Jenner clan over the cancellation of reality show Rob & Chyna! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal the American Idol host filed a motion in opposition of Chyna’s request to have him testify in the court war.
In court papers obtained from Los Angeles County Superior Court, Seacrest, 44, filed an opposition to Chyna’s motion to compel compliance with deposition subpoena for personal appearance on Tuesday, March 5.
“Plaintiff’s motion is nothing more than a transparent attempt to harass and unduly burden a third party – Mr. Seacrest – whom, as Plaintiff is well aware, has no relevant testimony to offer,” the bombshell court papers read.
The LIVE with Kelly & Ryan co-star continued he has “nothing whatsoever to do with the events giving rise to this action.”
“There simply is no legal or factual basis to subject Mr. Seacrest to deposition,” the filing continued.
He then argued that Chyna’s team failed to show that he has “unique or superior knowledge” of the events at issue.
“She admits that the only information she has obtained thus far that has anything to do with Mr. Seacrest is a single tweet in which Mr. Seacrest merely referenced the existence of the subject television show and irrelevant text messages from Mr. Seacrest in which he checked on the health of Defendant Robert Kardashian in connection with events that are not even at issue in this case,” the filing claimed.

But Seacrest isn’t letting Chyna off the hook for dragging him into the legal mess.
“Plaintiff’s Motion is nothing more than a continued campaign of harassment,” he said. “Because Plaintiff has burdened Mr. Seacrest – a third party – with an unnecessary subpoena and legally unsupported motion practice, this court should sanction Plaintiff in the amount of $2,460.”
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Chyna is suing Kris and Kylie Jenner, and Kim, Khloe and Rob Kardashian, claiming they had a role in the cancellation of the E! show, which ran for only one season.
RadarOnline.com previously reported the famous family requested the court hit Chyna with a legal fee of $1,250, claiming she filed a “meritless” claim against them.
