'RHOBH' Recap: #Puppygate Rages On! Dorit Hints Her Friendship With Lisa Is Over
On Tuesday night's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, it appeared Dorit Kemsley finally came to the realization that her friendship with Lisa Vanderpump will never be the same.
The drama broke out at Camille Grammer's 50th birthday bash, where the all-consuming #Puppygate scandal raged on. Earlier in the night, Dorit confronted Teddi Mellencamp to inform her that Lisa Vanderpump provided text messages showing that Teddi was in on the set-up to make Dorit look bad over shipping off one of Lisa V.'s dogs to a kill shelter.
Teddi, who prides herself on being an accountability coach, admitted her wrongdoings and hugged it out with Dorit. Lisa V., however, refused to take any blame.
"This is no longer about Lucy and a lie," Dorit said of the poor dog. "This is about my friendship with Lisa Vanderpump. She plotted against me behind my back to hurt me."
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Lisa V. previously claimed to have "no idea" Teddi knew about the dog drama. But in the March 19 episode, she changed her story.
"I want to move on from it," Lisa V. said to Teddi. "It's all clear to me. You were guilty by omission! I saw the texts. I was shocked. I didn't know you were involved."
"How did you know to text Dorit, 'Dorit, Teddi knows,'" Teddi fired back.
"Of course I knew!" Lisa V. admitted.
"I've taken ownership. I have told the truth. I have apologized. If you can live with yourself doing this, then go for it," Teddi told Lisa V. "It's been working for you a long time."
Teddi then suggested that she and Lisa V. can "coexist," to which Lisa V. balked at.
After Camille's shindig, Dorit discussed the dog drama with her husband, PK, a longtime friend of Lisa V.'s. He suggested Lisa V. wasn't acting like herself after mourning the loss of her brother.
"I get hurt people sometimes want to hurt people, but how much do I have to take?" Dorit said. "With Lisa, I just have to find a way to numb myself to the idea that she did play a part in this."
Also in the episode, Denise Richards caused a scene while out to dinner with her now-husband Aaron Phypers, Lisa V. and Kyle. Charlie Sheen's ex could not stop talking about how large her Aaron's manhood is.
"If I had a dollar for every time Denise has said penis, my dinner would be paid for tonight," Kyle joked.
Also in the episode, Erika Jayne stepped in to help guide Dorit and her swimwear models during a photo shoot. She also managed to provide a few laughs.
"Feet together, not apart!" the "XXpen$ive" singer yelled. "Guts in, tits up!"
