The 911 operator asked the woman a series of questions, including whether Perry, 52, had injured himself or suffered a fall. The dispatcher also asked if the star was breathing normally.

The operator then assured the woman that a medical team would arrive soon, and told her to notify them if Perry's situation worsened.

The beloved actor was taken to a nearby hospital where he was sedated in order for his brain to recover. Sources said he may have suffered a second stroke while in the emergency room.
