During his time on Airwolf, he reportedly received $200,000 per episode, making him the highest-paid actor of the show. The series was shut down after a couple of seasons.

The cause of Vincent’s deadly heart attack is still unclear, though fans know he suffered from cocaine abuse and other health crises during his career.

In 2012 he came face-to-face with death when, due to a severe infection, his right leg had to be amputated.

His family members and loved ones have not spoken publicly of his passing.

R.I.P. Jan-Michael Vincent.
